TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order Confirmation
When your inquiry has been processed, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to the address provided. Please ensure that all details are correct and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions.
Please notify us immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed.
Deposits
All orders over $100 require a 50% deposit to secure your order and date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the delivery date. This deposit is non refundable. (For corporate/bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event date)
All orders under $100 will need to be paid in full, work will not commence on your order until payment is made.
Amendments
Any major changes to your order less than 5 days before the required date may incur a fee for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.
All corporate/bulk orders cannot be amended 4 weeks prior to the event date.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order 14 days prior to your event date, your booking deposit will not be refunded.
We do not accept cancellations 5 days before your delivery date and all transactions will not be refunded, however it can be used as credit towards a future order.
Please notify us of any allergies. Our products are made in an environment where nuts, wheat, dairy and eggs are handled, so we cannot guarantee there will not be trace amounts of these ingredients in our products due to the nature of production.
Our cakes are supported by clear or white plastic cake dowels and cake boards. Please ensure you remove them before consumption.
Allergies & Internal Supports
Damages
Delleicious by Elle cannot be held responsible for any damages or incidents that may occur once the items have left our premises or from our care.
Any issues or incidents need to be reported within 24hours of receiving your order. The products must not be consumed and will need to be returned to us in order to commence an investigation.
Mixed Suppliers
Delleicious by Elle cannot be held liable for any incidents that may occur if products are purchased from other suppliers and are used at the same event.
Delleicious by Elle cannot accommodate any cake orders, if another cake will be served from a different company to serve the quantity required, due to health and safety practice reasons.
Product Images
All images taken prior to collection or delivery remain the property of Delleicious by Elle and cannot be used as your own.
Design
Due to availability and originality, we strictly do not copy another artists exact design but will use any cake images provided as inspiration to create a similar product.
Any products with custom items/decorations included may be subject to availability and will be substituted by a similar item if it is not available at the time of production.
